Chaya Sandhu
Co-Executive Director
Chaya is a third-year student pursuing Business Economics at the University of California, Irvine. Through her deep interest in problem-solving, she spent summers as an intern at a biomedical engineering company. She has interned at EY-Parthenon. She enjoys watching Formula 1, building a list of cafes, and hikes with friends.
Anvi Damani
Director of Professional Mentorship
Anvi is a junior at UC Berkeley, studying Public Health and Economics. She will be joining PwC as a Management Consulting Intern in 2025 and is determined to use GWC’s platform to help more women discover their passion for consulting. In her free time, she enjoys singing, watching sunsets, and traveling.
Tanvi Barman
Co-Director of Outreach
Tanvi is pursuing an accelerated master's program at the University of Southern California, combining healthcare, business, and data. Working at Baker Tilly in NYC, she is passionate about helping women from diverse backgrounds enter the consulting industry. Through various internships, she explored healthcare and ultimately found her niche in healthcare consulting. In her free time, she loves learning how to cook different cuisines, teaching BollyX, and going on hot girl walks.
Jessica Lee
Co-Director of Marketing
Jessica Lee is a sophomore at Barnard College studying Economics. She hopes to pursue a career in healthcare consulting and joined GWC to become part of a supportive and empowering community throughout her career journey. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and trying out new restaurants with friends!
Rishika Jain
Co-Executive Director
Rishika Jain is a rising junior at the University of Toronto, specializing in Marketing, Strategy, and Data Science, with a minor in Economics. Her experience as a Strategy and Operations intern at EY ignited her passion for consulting. Being a part of GWC further fueled my desire to give back to the consulting community. Besides that, I enjoy watching Formula 1 and spending time with friends.
Camila Gutierrez
Director of Technology
Camila is a fourth-year at the University of Virginia double majoring in biology and global studies with a data science minor. She is joining L.E.K. as a full-time associate in Boston and has interned with KPMG's strategy & operations and healthcare teams in Malaysia and NYC. At school, she leads the volunteer Spanish Interpreters Student Initiative and College Science Scholars. She enjoys podcasts and cycling with friends.
Maggie Maronilla
Co-Director of Outreach
Maggie is a sophomore at the University at Buffalo, where she is studying Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis. Aspiring to a career in strategy consulting, she is currently gaining valuable experience as a Corporate Strategy Intern at Gameday Hospitality. In her free time, Maggie enjoys weightlifting, taking nature walks with her dog, and cooking.
Harveen Thukral
Co-Director of Marketing
Harveen Thukral is a sophomore at the University of California Davis studying Statistical Data Science and Economics. She enjoys working in the intersection of business and technology, leading her to pursue a career in Data Analytics. She is passionate about helping other young women unlock their potential in these fields. In her free time, she loves traveling, being in nature, and trying new food!
